What is included in standard cleaning?+
Standard service generally includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas. The final checklist is confirmed with your quote.
What is the difference between standard and deep cleaning?+
Standard cleaning maintains a regularly cleaned space. Deep cleaning adds more detailed top-to-bottom attention and is often best for a first visit or a space with heavier buildup.
Do I need to be home?+
Not necessarily. Access can be arranged in advance through a key, entry code, lockbox, or another agreed method.
How long does a cleaning appointment take?+
Timing depends on the size, condition, and selected service. We confirm an expected time range after reviewing your quote details.
Can you work in homes with pets?+
Yes. Please tell us about your pets when requesting a quote so we can prepare appropriately.
How do recurring discounts work?+
After the first full-price cleaning, weekly standard service receives 15% off, every-two-weeks service receives 10% off, and monthly service receives 5% off. The $150 minimum charge still applies.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Please provide at least one day of notice. Late cancellations or rescheduling may have a $30 fee.

We serve Chicago, Downtown Chicago, Oak Park, Naperville, and Orland Park, generally within about one hour of ZIP code 60651. Please confirm your address when requesting a quote.
How can I request an estimate?+
Use the quote form, call, text, or send photos or a short video. Estimates are free and may be completed remotely or with an in-person visit when needed.
